Brittany, 18
OMG!!! Where do I start?! This new season of East Los High is on fire! First there is an all new cast and there are some members of the old cast like Ceci, Jacob, and Jessie. The bomb squad is still there but not as hot as they once were. But I was watching this new episode and I loved it! I loved the fact that there were new issues in the teen community that were displayed. For example, LGBTQ issues are prevalent in the teen community and for them to be showed in this perspective is amazing. Another thing that was showed was cheating and the fact that one person in the relationship is going away. Cheating is an ongoing thing not only in the teenage community but in the adult community as well. It showed two scenarios that are very realistic. They showed the girl with the married man and at the end they showed Diego with some random girl. During that showing it was a split scene and it showed Diego’s girlfriend talking to her mom about how much she loved him then it showed him having sex with another girl. This new season is going to be amazing, even though there is a new cast, the same concepts are being shown and discussed which makes it even more amazing!

Morgan, 17
The first episode of season 2 of East Los High, a webseries about students going to high school in East Los Angeles, focuses on cheating. The first episode is centered around prom and prom night. The cheating goes on after the prom king and queen are chosen and Jessie's cell phone is stolen and used to film Vanessa cheating on her boyfriend in a parked car outside of the school. In later episodes the subject of cheating in a relationship is explored more but in this episode alone, the repercussions of cheating are obvious as Vanessa gets in a fight with her hook-up's girlfriend and is shunned by her best friend. In general, cheating is a grenade that not only hurts the person being cheated on but others like the friends of the people involved; it can even snowball into an issue between families.

Morgan 17, is from Vermont and a member of The National Campaign Youth Leadership Team. He likes spending time outdoors and playing soccer with his friends.
